The stockings were hung by the chimney with care…finally

Today is my last day of “work” until next year. “Work” as in get in the car and drive to work. I work at the quilt shop on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and with the upcoming holidays, we will be closed both days for the next two weeks.

I need to work on design proposals for Island Batik which are due the first week of January. I also need to work on a new pattern, write it and have it tested.

I have several customer quilts I need to be working too. One is almost ready for quilting, but the other three I have are still waiting in bags and boxes.

And then there is tax prep. Ugh.
