Well. I kinda got lost…

I’ve been working on proposals. I’m working on new patterns. I submitted two designs, same pattern, simply two different layouts. Neither of those was accepted.

I submitted a lap/lap/twin size quilt and a tablerunner to Island Batik, and they accepted the tablerunner. So, now I’ trying to get the pattern to testers. I thought it was coming along just fine. Until I realized I figured setting triangles instead of corner triangles.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to actually start sewing in order to be sure of the cutting instructions.

Ok.

I have a tablerunner for Valentine’s Day, two actually, maybe I should do it in greens for St. Patrick’s Day.

But I can’t find greens that are enough to do it in. Scrap that ideal

I found some Banyan batiks from the tablerunners I did last spring, and, glory halleluiah! I have enough yardage.

Now I just need to get a couple of pages printed out and I can get to cutting and sewing.

Looks like this is much closer to Valentine’s than St. Patrick…

Now to start the fun!
