Correction to Northcott Black Cat Capers Goose Chase

I has been brought to my attention that the quilt on the cover of Goose Chase with the Northcott Black Cat Capers fabric cannot be made as shown with the fabric listed.

I don’t get fabric from Northcott ahead of time for samples, I go by the jpgs of the line. For this I went with what looks good in EQ. I can fussy cut the fabric to show whatever part of the print that I want. In this case, I did it wrong.

This is how I designed it:

In order to get the 4 borders needed, this is how it has to be:

The white portion of the border print has to be next to the inner border instead of at the outer edge. It looks better at the edge, but to do that requires an extra yard or so, and will leave much unused fabric.

I am so sorry about this! If you are a quilt store and are kitting this pattern with this fabric, contact me and I can send you a pdf with the correction quilt on the cover.

Again, I sincerely apologize!

I am beginner and right now I am a bit confused with the pattern. I will work through it and am glad to know that, hopefully, you will be available to help with any questions.
    Thank you again!
